How does HappyHours.com's Affiliate Partner program work?

HappyHours.com brings together your great products, with our network of affiliate partners eager to promote those products.

The process is called Affiliate Marketing, and the basic idea is as follows:

• You (the Merchant) sign up for the HappyHours.com partner program - For a limited time, the setup is only $2,500! Start your affiliate program today, and have it running in only a few days.

• You upload the banners that you want used, onto our site, through our Banner Management Center.

• You set the amount that you want to pay affiliates for each sale they bring you. For example, 20% of the sale, or a straight $2.00...etc... This is all done through the Account Management Center on HappyHours.com

• Affiliate partners who are part of our network, will see your program and subscribe to your program

• These Affiliate partners then put your banners on their Websites, and the traffic will come through to your site.

• When a measurable action, such as a sale, or lead is generated at your site, HappyHours.com checks to see if an Affiliate partner brought you that sale.

• If they did, your account at HappyHours.com is deducted the pre-defined amount from Step 3, and the Affiliate partner is credited that amount.

• At the end of the month, HappyHours.com takes care of paying the Affiliate partners.

• As long as you keep your balance with HappyHours.com above $0.00, we continue to bring you sales.

How Much Does It Cost?   

The cost structure is as follows:

Service Description	Fees	Notes
Program Setup Fee	$2,500	Includes free setup of affiliate software and unique merchant tracking code.
Minimum Deposit Amount	$100	This amount is used to pay the affiliates and HappyHours.com for sales and other qualified leads that you define.
Transaction Fees	20%	Fees are based on payout rates. For example, if you pay an affiliate $1 per lead, you pay HappyHours.com 20% or $0.20
Monthly Minimum	$100	In a given month, if your account does not generate a minimum of $100 in fees to HappyHours.com, your account will be charged the difference. There is a grace period.   We understand that affiliate programs take time to grow, so we offer the following grace period: Prior to Activation on the Network    No Minimum Fees Up to 60 days after Activation    No Minimum Fees 60-120 after Activation    $50 Minimum Per Month 120+ after Activation    $100 Minimum Per Month   Monthly minimum billing will begin on the 1st of the month following your grace period, so your actual grace period may be a little longer depending on what day of the month your account is activated.
Check Processing and Paying of Affiliates	Included	HappyHours.com processes and writes your affiliates' checks free of charge each month.
Affiliate Approval	Included	HappyHours.com will pre-screen all of your affiliates for you.
Affiliate Help Desk		Your Affiliates may contact our help desk at any time for the life of their membership, without any cost to you.
Ad Serving Charges	Included	HappyHours.com serves all banners, buttons, and text links for you.

What are the Technical Requirements?

There are NO technical requirements, and HappyHours.com will help you or your webmaster get the software running on your site, free of charge. If we can't get it running in 2 weeks, we'll refund all of your money.
